Joey and his team at South Bound are awesome. I found my motorcycle on Cycle trader and I reached out immediately. Joey Responded within just a few hours and we started getting everything together. I sent in a text message about a bike that was for sale. They got back to me Super fast ended up holding the bike for me for the day just so I could come in and look at it the next morning. Been going to SBM for years now. So far my wife and I have bought 5 motorcycles from South Bound with the newest at the Bremerton location and the other 4 at Lakewood. I've been to other shops in the past but nothing beats South Bound's customer service. If you want to just look around and not be bugged you can or if you have questions someone is their to give you a no BS answer. Wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a Motorcycle or anywhere else for the service of our motorcycles and gear.

Great experience from beginning to finish. Went in already knowing what I wanted. Manny was overall awesome, gave me advice and tips because I was coming from an extremely older bike to a more modern one. Walked me through the tft display and options because it was a whole new world for me. Honestly felt like I made a lifelong new friend. Manny and his boss/supervisor didn't rush me or anything and stayed late to finalize everything, thanks again for that. Would highly recommend the dealership. Honestly I'm terrible at writing these things, great place and great guys. Please give Manny a raise. Will more than likely return for another triumph in the future.

I needed to get my pioneer 700-2 in for 100 mile service because I was already at 200 miles, and wanted to use the machine soon. Other service centers had me scheduled for 5 weeks out, but Southbound was able to get me in quickly. Working with Service was excellent! Terry Bibby was friendly professional and it is obvious he loves his work. He got me in and out of the shop quickly and they did a great job on the machine.Nick in sales was also extremely helpful. I ended up putting a deposit on a Talon 1000x Live valve SE after speaking with him. I intend to do all of my purchasing, repairs, and maintenance through Southbound Honda moving forward.

After finding South Bound Honda through friends recommendation, and an internet search I made the call and asked for the Service Department, and with a friendly voice I was transferred. I asked the quotes and cost of bringing my 2009 KLR 650 to the shop and have them remove the front and rear wheels and replace them New ones that I purchased through ProCycle out of Oregon. Terry the Service Manager greeted me kindly and was very knowledgeable well experienced he assured me that I made a correct purchase for the type of riding I was doing. The price was affordable for me to bring in my rims and new tires for them to install it saved me $30 dollars in comparison to what Kawasaki was going to charge me. After receiving a phone call later in the afternoon to let me know that my rims and tires were ready for pick, Terry went out of his way to assist me in finding the Honda chain cleaner and chain lube including the chain brush cleaner. Terry"s wealth of knowledge, professionalism, great sociable character is what any company needs to service their customers and greet them with a smile, kindness, and the willingness to listen and help the customers is a RARE find these days. Very Company should always retrain all employees to be kind, become a great listener, and the willingness to personally any customer is a Great Tool in bringing and recommending others to receive sales, and service at South Bound Honda. Everyone at South Bond Honda is rock solid. The sales team knows what's up on any bike on the floor, your phone operators are so quick it's crazy. Your parts team knows their customers and gets orders processed lightning quick. I had been searching for a Goldwing F6B at a price I could afford. Although 2013 models were greatly reduced in all other areas no one in Seattle area would deal even though they were all just sitting on showroom floors. Finally I went into South Bound Honda. Manny greeted me no pressure talked to me like I was an old buddy. I wasn't ready to buy but he showed me whatever I wanted to see. A month later I e mailed him and he quoted some prices for me.
